Mr. Phipps formulates and develops CACH Capital Management, LLC's macro- economic perspective. He authors the Outlook, CACH's firm wide communications… on economic and capital markets provided to the company's institutional and private clients. He also lead manages the CACH Growth Model Portfolio as well as co-manages the CACH Balanced Growth and Conservative Growth Model Portfolios, as well as serves as Equity Manager for the CACH Global Macro hedge fund.
Mr. Phipps is an industry veteran with more than twenty-five years experience in financial services. With a strong background in banking, insurance and financial planning, Mr. Phipps has managed investment portfolios since 1987, and beginning 1989 he served as Chief Investment Officer and lead portfolio manager for Strategic Senior Resources, Lucien, Stirling & Gray, and Choice Advisory Group. Mr. Phipps has a proven and impressive track record of rewarding investors through his management of both retail and institutional growth portfolios.
Mr. Phipps is a dynamic public speaker and has been regularly featured in radio, print and television media, as well as teaching industry professional's financial analysis and money management at the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. Phipps earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. He is a passionate advocate for investors and continues to be a well-respected expert in money management analysis and techniques.
