Mr. Cumber, a co-founder of CACH Capital Management, LLC, is responsible for board-level visioning, governance and championing the company's highly transparent approach to client service. He is greatly involved in the identification and securing of capital for the firm and its funds throughout the world.
Sada also serves as the Chairman of the Board of TCMS-LLC, an intellectual property development company and Principal in TexasGlobal-LLP, a partnership that manages the strategic intersection between business, government and public affairs. Mr. Cumber founded Sozotek, Inc., a company that developed an advanced technology for significantly improving mobile imaging. He has an impressive business background which includes sitting on several boards, leading senior management teams, and developing effective marketing plans. His expertise in driving internal and external forces that change the enterprise, technologies and product usage is well respected.
Mr. Cumber specializes in national and global network strategy, strategic marketing, and institutional building. His leadership experience in the economic and social governance arena, as well as his deep appreciation for development and strengthening of civil society work in the developing countries has given him the ability to flawlessly interact with foreign dignitaries, officials, and business professionals at all levels.
Mr. Cumber is a successful and well-known Austin entrepreneur who has founded nine companies in the past 25 years. His companies have been acquired by corporations such as Kodak, Cisco Systems, and American Greetings. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Texas Economic Development Board (a $300 million fund), the Texas Emerging Technology Fund (a $200 million fund), and WCIT/2006: World Congress Information Technology. He is the Honorary Consul for the Republic of Malta. Mr. Cumber serves on numerous boards, civic/community organizations, advisory councils and foundations. He has been extensively written about and quoted in numerous national and international publications such as Forbes, The Wall Street Journal, Scribe Business (German), Austin American-Statesman, Business Journal and other publications.
